                                                   Tax Preparation
Tax preparation can be confusing at times.  We are especially careful not only to generate a complete, accurate return but also provide a responsible client relationship.  We will explain to you as much information as you need to understand any step in the process which is unclear to you.  We schedule our appointments in order to provide you a one hour interview.  If more is required, the fees remain the same as fees are based on the complexity of the return, not on our time spent with you.  When you have completed your interview with us you will have a good idea of your refund or amount due to Federal and/or State agencies.  Your return will be thoroughly checked by our computer and by our processing department before it is electronically filed.  If there is a change you will be notified, given the reasons for any changes and asked to resign your form which will have the new figures.

After your forms are electronically filed and accepted by the government agency, we will mail out to you within one week your completed forms for your records. If you had selected direct deposit into your bank account, a refund can be received in as little as 10 days after acceptance by the IRS.

As this is a year-round office, any assistance we can provide is available at any time of the year.  We pride ourselves in that over 90% of our clients have returned to us year after year.
